HOW THE JOURNEY TOOK OFF: NOTE FROM THE LEAD PREACHER
On the 28th of August 2016, I was walking toward the door leading to my room when The Lord brought the Word He spoke to me on January 21, 2015 back to my thoughts for both of us to reason together. The Word went thus “Release The Anointing You Have, and You Would Begin To Do Exploits”. He said the Word “Release” is in the NOW. That is to say, no more time to waste; that release means release. I knew it was time to start this Word Of Faith assignment. 2 days after, on August 30, 2016, I began to ask “Lord how does Hear The Word Ministries Start?” as I had started considering which building would be used to start. And then something unusual happened. Most of the time when I ask The Lord a question, He allows me to complete my question to reply. But then this was different. He barely allowed me to finish the question, when He replied saying “It Starts With Men, Not With A Building”. Meaning the availability or non-availability of a building should not dictate its start-off.
Then came Thursday 1st of September, 2016, as I was fellowshipping with The Lord at night time, it dawned suddenly on me that this Word of Faith assignment was delivered in the month of September, 2014 and now we are in September again. The Lord ministered to me that I should start upper Sunday (Sunday after the coming one) of the same September 2016. I checked the date of this particular Sunday, Lo and Behold it says the 11th! That would be exactly 2 years after the September 11th, 2014 Word Of Faith assignment was delivered. This was a Holy Ghost-Sculptured beginning that this ministry was starting with. It was running under a divine Calendar without the infiltration of the mind of man.
To God’s Glory, Hear The Word Ministries’ first / Maiden Edition Meeting took place on the 11th of September, 2016. Seven (7) persons were in attendance.
